Please find enclosed the third call for Expressions of Interest (EoI) for organisations/consortia intending to submit a project proposal for the EU’s FP7 Programme. You will find enclosed an EoI form to be completed for every project you intend to prepare and a 'Terms of Reference' document explaining the objectives and functioning of the TEPPIES system.
Completed EoI forms must be submitted to the ETP Secretariat until 18th January 2008. On 21st January the full set of EoI forms received will be circulated to all ETP experts, who can then react to possible partner searches. In early February, after a possible meeting of concerned TEG’s, all senders of EoI forms will receive feedback on their proposals from the ETP as well as the text of a statement for participation in this exchange system, which they can include into their proposal.

 You will also find enclosed a recent Euratex circular letter about the relevant FP7 call for proposals of the NMP Programme recently published by the EC. This TEPPIES call is mainly organised for the highlighted NMP Programme topic concerning protective textiles - PPE, which relates directly to the ETP’s Strategic Research Agenda, but proposers wishing to find partners for proposals for other NMP Programme topics may also use this system.
